In the fall of 2019, we received a large influx of ICU and Telemetry jobs to fill. I planned a multichannel campaign to increase our fill rate to 90% by the end of Q4. With approval to use incentive to drive this short-term campaign I built out PPC ads, a series of emails, social posts, blog post and a landing page to drive lead generation.
- Created unique copy for 40+ social posts
- Designed 4 landing pages, 1 for each brand site
- Wrote ad, email and blog copy for specialized target market
- Tracked lead generation through Qlik reporting
- Brought in 200+ new leads and over $500,000 in revenue
